Impotent- 
Powerless, weak.
He was impotent.

Impudent- 
Rude, Disrespectful.
Charles was an impudent child.

Malevolent- 

Evil, mean.
She was a malevolent old woman.

Predilection
A preference or preferred way of doing something
I have a predilection for chocolate.

Strictures-
 Conditions or rules
He read them the strictures.

Taciturn-
 Silent, reserved
He is a taciturn man.

Repertoire- 
List of abilities
She has a huge repertoire.

Indigenous- 
Native to a country or place
She is an indigenous American.

Sojourn-

 A short visit
They are planing to make a sojourn to the new house.

Amiable-
 Friendly, Sociable
He is a very amiable young boy.

Contentious- 
Arguable, Controversial
It is a contentious topic.

Discernible-
 understandable, apparent
It is a discernible condition

Erratic-
 Unpredictable or unreliable.
She is an erratic person.

Persevere- 
To continue despite of difficulties.
We need to persevere in life.

Melancholy- 
Sad, unhappy, depressed.
He was melancholy.
